Last March 10, 2010, PLDT turned over a check worth P880,000.00 to PBSP during the 22nd Annual Membership Meeting. The amount will be used to fund the establishment of 22 learning resource centers in the Visayas for the next school year.
The LRCs are scheduled to be turned over to their respective schools from Bohol, Cebu, Iloilo and Western Samar during the Brigada Eskuwela on May 2010.
